Hello, I'm Daniella Fanara

I am an avid lover of the mountains, despite not growing up near them. When I'm not writing, I am usually at home with my three cats, reading cowboy romances or watching Formula One (quite a drastic change in pace). My friends would most likely describe me as being witty, spirited, and always looking for the next adventure. My family would say I am very imaginative, a little fiery, and somewhat of a hopeless romantic. Together, my books aim to deliver a little, or a lot, of all those things.

I started writing at the age of six, and although my first book ever written was about kids traveling the world alone — how they got the money to do that, I don't know — I credit my past for creating the author I am today.  

 

Writing has, and will always be, what makes me feel most alive, but exploring the world and being in the mountains comes in a very close second.

Some other things I enjoy are: sunday dinners (a national holiday in my family), a nice blanket and a lit candle, putting together outfits just to stay in my sweatpants, and, of course, love.
